1. General Information & Eligibility

1.1 Platform Overview

tb11 is an online gaming and betting platform that provides casino games, sports betting, and other entertainment gaming services for users in Bangladesh. The platform operates under SSL encryption technology and fair play policies.

1.2 Age Restriction

To open an account on tb11, the user must provide accurate and complete information. Each individual may operate only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method will be considered a violation of the rules.

The name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information provided at registration must be truthful and up to date. In the event of false information being provided, tb11 reserves the right to cancel the account and withhold deposited funds.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing any withdrawal request, tb11 may request the necessary documents for identity verification. These may include:

• A copy of the National ID Card (NID) or passport
• Proof of ownership of the payment account used
• A copy of a utility bill for address verification (where applicable)

If the required documents are not submitted in time, the withdrawal will be placed on hold. This is not a punitive measure but a process to ensure platform security.

3. Account Security

3.1 Password Management

The user is responsible for keeping their account login credentials completely confidential. Keep your password strong and change it regularly. tb11 will never ask for your password via email or chat.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited

A tb11 account is entirely personal and transferring, selling, or renting it to anyone else is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

4.3 Deposit Validity

Users must use a payment account registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and such transactions may be subject to investigation.

4.4 Technical Errors

If a technical error occurs during the payment process, tb11 reserves the right to review the relevant transaction. In the case of duplicate deposits, the excess amount will be refunded.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tb11 offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, if someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and the total balance will be ৳2,000. If ৳12,000 is deposited, the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 applies and the total balance will be ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 (ten) times the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If a user attempts to claim the same bonus more than once, claims bonuses through multiple accounts, or attempts to exploit any loophole in the system for unfair advantage — tb11 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

5.4 Other Promotions

From time to time, tb11 may introduce additional promotional offers. Each promotion will have its own applicable terms and conditions, which will be clearly communicated at the time the promotion is announced.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Gaming Environment

tb11 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games and betting markets are operated by verifiable algorithms and fair play policies are followed.

6.2 Technical Issues

If any game or bet remains incomplete due to a server outage, internet disconnection, or any other technical reason, tb11 reserves the right to make a final decision regarding that session. If a system error causes a win to be incorrectly displayed, that transaction will be considered void.

6.3 Sports Betting

The markets and odds available in the sports betting section are provided for general information purposes. In the event of a match cancellation, postponement, or walkover, tb11's betting rules will apply and the decision will be final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tb11:

• Operating an account on behalf of or in assistance of a minor
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Exploiting bonuses or promotions by operating multiple accounts
• Using software bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence to play games
• Attempting to access or hack the platform's security systems
• Harassing or defrauding other users
• Exploiting system errors or bugs for unfair advantage without reporting them
• Operating an account under a false identity
